TERMS OF SERVICE
Standard baseline version: 31 August 2026
This baseline is provided for merchant review and adaptation. These Terms govern your access to this website and, where applicable, your enquiries, bookings, orders or purchases from the merchant identified in the website footer (the “Merchant”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Merchant—not Connect67—is the seller or service provider unless a page expressly states otherwise.
1. Acceptance and important information
By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you make a booking or purchase, additional product, service, quotation, delivery, cancellation, refund or promotion terms shown before confirmation also apply. Specific agreed terms prevail over these general Terms if they conflict. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction. If you act for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them. A parent or guardian must supervise use by a minor where required.
2. Website information
We aim to keep descriptions, images, availability, pricing and other information accurate, but presentation differences and honest errors may occur. General website content is informational and is not professional advice or a guarantee of availability, suitability or results. Ask the Merchant before relying on information that is important to your decision.
3. Enquiries, quotations, bookings and orders
An enquiry, booking request or order is an offer from you. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only and does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when the Merchant expressly accepts, confirms fulfilment, or begins providing the requested goods or services, depending on the stated process.
The Merchant may reject or cancel a request before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, service-area limits, legal restrictions or inability to verify required information. If payment was captured for a request that is not accepted, the Merchant will arrange an appropriate refund. We will not cancel arbitrarily after a binding contract has formed.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices, currency, included taxes and additional charges should be shown before confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the total. Where the Merchant is required to display tax-inclusive consumer prices, displayed prices will include that tax unless clearly and lawfully stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider under its terms and privacy notice. You authorise the applicable charge and confirm that you may use the payment method. The Merchant may delay acceptance or fulfilment until payment or authorisation is confirmed. Do not send full card details through ordinary contact forms or messages.
5. Supply, delivery and appointments
Applicable pages or confirmations will describe the goods or services, delivery or service area, estimated timing, fees and any customer dependencies. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. You must provide accurate contact, access and delivery information and cooperate reasonably. Tell the Merchant promptly about delay, non-delivery, damage, error or a missed appointment so it can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.
Risk, title, rescheduling rules and responsibility for failed delivery depend on the transaction and mandatory law. The Merchant should publish additional fulfilment terms where these matters are relevant.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Any separately published and accepted Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. The applicable policy may vary by product or service and should state time limits, exclusions, process, fees and return-shipping responsibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, repair, replacement, repeat performance or other remedy that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Contact the Merchant promptly and retain relevant proof of purchase.
7. Consumer rights and fair dealing
Goods and services must meet mandatory standards and the description or commitments that form part of the contract. No “final sale”, disclaimer, limitation or remedy term applies to the extent it would unlawfully remove a consumer right or remedy. If a term conflicts with non-excludable law, that law prevails and the remaining Terms continue where possible.
8. Accounts and communications
If accounts are offered, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify the Merchant of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise. We may send operational notices about enquiries, accounts, bookings, orders, security or changes. Marketing is governed by the Privacy Policy and your choices.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law; infringe another person’s rights; submit malicious, deceptive or harmful material; probe or bypass security; introduce malware; scrape or overload the service unreasonably; impersonate others; interfere with other users; or use website content or data to build an unauthorised competing dataset or service. Reasonable indexing by standard search engines and ordinary personal browsing are permitted.
10. Content and intellectual property
The website, branding, design, text, software and media are owned by or licensed to the Merchant, Connect67 or their respective licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. No other right is granted.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the Merchant and its providers a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate the requested feature, fulfil the transaction and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless the feature expressly requests it and provides appropriate safeguards.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use services operated by payment, delivery, communications, map, social-media or other providers. Those providers control their own services and terms. A link does not imply endorsement. The Merchant remains responsible for obligations that applicable law does not allow it to delegate.
12. Availability, warranties and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure or events beyond reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and implied terms are excluded only where they may lawfully be excluded. Specific written warranties and all non-excludable statutory guarantees remain unaffected.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud and, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that rule, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Any further limitation must be reasonable, apply only where lawful, and be stated in the transaction-specific terms. You remain responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful use or material breach, but no indemnity applies beyond what applicable law permits.
14. Suspension and termination
The Merchant may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful activity, material breach or risk to others. Where practical, the Merchant will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, accepted transactions, or provisions intended to continue.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, operational or service changes. The current version will be posted with an updated version date, and material changes will be notified where required. Terms accepted for an existing order or booking will not be changed retroactively unless you agree or the law requires it.
16. General
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer a contract without the Merchant’s consent where that would materially affect performance; the Merchant may transfer it as part of a genuine business reorganisation or sale if your rights are not reduced.
Applicable mandatory law and any transaction-specific governing-law or dispute term apply. Otherwise, disputes may be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction. Please contact the Merchant first so the parties can try to resolve the matter promptly; this does not remove any right to seek urgent or regulatory relief.
17. Contact
Use the verified public contact details, enquiry method and business address in this website’s footer for questions, complaints, cancellations or legal notices. Quote the relevant enquiry, booking or order reference where available.
